Our mission is to provide a first-class level of service to each and every one of our clients. Every member of Romeo Echo has served in the U.S. military and proudly brings the military standards of integrity, discipline, and complete dedication to duty on top of having the will to help others.
Romeo Echo started as just a real estate company but has evolved into an organization that advocates for our nation's veterans assisting them with their transition out of the military and creating greatness in their lives.
Through the connections and resources that Romeo Echo has, they have been helping transitioning veterans find meaningful employment and even start businesses. Romeo Echo also helps veterans navigate through the transition out of the military by helping them receive all benefits that are entitled to them from their service to our country. Additionally, Romeo Echo has been providing financial coaching teaching our veterans how to get out of debt and learn how to invest, taking those benefits they now receive and growing them into long-term wealth. All of these services Romeo Echo provides at no cost to the veteran. So "how do they make income?" you might ask. Romeo Echo is also a Real Estate and Mortgage company helping with residential Real Estate and home loans. It is through this facet that they generate income. They are Masters of their craft and the best in the industry at working with the VA loan and assisting veterans with the VA home buying and selling process. While around 80% of Romeo Echo’s clients are either active military members or veterans, they do help civilians as well. The impact of Romeo Echo Real Estate has been so powerful that civilians also have joined to support the cause.

BrokerA Veteran and Realtor Dedicated to Serving His Community
Adam Martinez is the broker and co-founder of Romeo Echo Real Estate. Throughout his 15-year career, he has helped hundreds of families in Ventura County and Los Angeles County with their real estate needs. Adam’s seven-year service in the United States Marine Corps has shaped his professional approach. The values of teamwork, trust, and service to others are guiding principles that formed the Core Values at Romeo Echo.
Especially important to Adam is being able to lend his expertise and knowledge to fellow veterans and first responders and helping them to secure the home of their dreams. He recognizes real estate is about more than property. It is about improving people’s lives for the better. Adam was born and raised in Ventura County. His seven years as a Marine saw him serve abroad in Iraq, Kuwait, and Japan. He continues to be involved in veteran-focused projects close to his heart including Merging Vets and Players, Veterans of Foreign War, and the Marine Corp League. RealtorAfter serving six years in the Marine Corps, I turned my love of helping others into a new real estate career. In fact, my interest in real estate started in 2009 as I had to watch from afar as my family became a victim of the market crash that devastated so many Californians. That experience lit the fire in me to learn everything I could about the housing market. Once I finished my military obligation, I quickly turned my attention to obtaining my real estate license. Soon after that, I started working with Romeo Echo as an agent and advisor. I particularly love this company because of its dedication to helping people find the best homes possible, regardless of their background or life circumstances. Here, I’m part of a mission to make life better for you, our highly-valued customers.
I specialize in assisting military service members and fellow Veterans using their VA benefits. However, I gladly extend the exact same high level of customer service to anyone who needs assistance finding or selling a property!
If you’re in the market to buy, my goal is to ensure you have information on the most up-to-date listings for the areas you’re searching in. I’ll show you the homes, help you understand the pros and cons of every property we look at, and offer my best professional advice as we move through the process. I’ll be at your side every step of the way, advocating for you when you’re ready to make an offer and as we work toward closing the deal.
If you’re selling a home, I can help you get things ready and listed so that it will sell for the best possible price in the least amount of time. The entire process will run smoothly and efficiently, and I’ll be right there to make sure every “i” is dotted and every “t” is crossed.
If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to call or email me anytime. It’s my honor to serve all your real estate needs!

I look forward to serving you!
