    Roland comes from a background serving 15 years in the United States Marine Corps as an Infantryman. Throughout his career, he has participated in humanitarian operations in Haiti in support of Operation Unified Response and fought in Iraq and Afghanistan in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. Roland finished his military career as a Station Commander at Recruiting Station Los Angeles, Marine Corps Recruiting Command. Upon retiring, he immediately transitioned into Real Estate where he found a huge need for exceptional service to those who have served. Through his journey he built Romeo Echo, a real estate company dedicated to serving those who have served. Roland discovered another passion in helping put an end to veteran suicide. In 2018, he created Operation Jump 22, a non-profit corporation spearheading the fight to prevent veteran suicide through skydiving. Roland and his wife Michelle live in Valencia, California where they are raising their two children.
